Abstrak
Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi apoteker dapat mengetahui dan memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di apotek dan memberikan kesempatan bagi mahasiswa calon apoteker untuk memahami dan melaksanakan kegiatan di apotek. Tugas khusus berjudul Survey Kepuasan Konsumen di Apotek Atrika yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepentingan pelayanan menurut konsumen di apotek Atrika dan untuk mengidentifikasi variabel layanan yang perlu diprioritaskan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen.
