[The growth of global economy and technology in this era is moving quickly, and e-commerce has become a vital part of the economic activities globally. However, even if the network and the infrastructure technology that supports the growth of e-commerce has given us comfort, speed, and low cost, the available online payment method may still hold the growth of online economy. Online payment is a key factor for the growth of e-business later on because it has the potential to reduce the negative factors that are found on traditional businesses. This research aims to analyse the available e-payment schemas that are available in Indonesia and decide which schema is the best to be used in the online business ecosystem in Indonesia. This research uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, a decision making method which quantifies values (which may be qualitative) from three e-payment systems that is credit cards, e-money, and bank transfer. The three systems are evaluated with regard to three criterias which are technology, economy, and social. This research helps online businesses as a reference for when they want to decide which electronic payment method to use in their business. At the end of this research it is found that the bank transfer method is the most suitable method in general from all aspects. This imples that the method should still be the main choice of e-payment method. Both e-money and credit card needs more time for those methods to be on par with bank transfer, especially on the customer base aspect from the social perspective., Seiring dengan perkembangan ekonomi dan teknologi dunia yang sangat pesat, e-commerce telah menjadi bagian yang penting dari aktivitas perekonomian dunia. Akan tetapi, meskipun jaringan dan teknologi infrastruktur yang mendukung perkembangan e-commerce telah memberikan kenyamanan, kecepatan, dan biaya yang murah, metode pembayaran online masih menghambat perkembangan ekonomi online. Pembayaran online adalah faktor kunci bagi perkembangan e-business ke depannya karena memiliki potensi untuk mengurangi faktor-faktor penghambat pembayaran yang terjadi pada bisnis tradisional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis skema-skema e-payment yang sudah ada sekarang dan menemukan skema terbaik untuk diterapkan pada ekosistem bisnis online di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), sebuah metode penentuan keputusan dengan mengkuantifikasikan nilai-nilai kualitatif dari tiga buah sistem e-payment, yaitu kartu kredit, e-money, dan transfer antar rekening bank. Ketiga sistem tersebut dievaluasi berdasarkan tiga buah kriteria yaitu aspek teknologi, ekonomi, dan sosial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan referensi bagi pelaku bisnis online (merchant) yang akan menentukan metode pembayaran pada bisnis mereka. Pada akhir penelitian akan ditemukan bahwa metode transfer antar rekening bank merupakan metode yang paling baik dari seluruh aspek yang ada. Dengan demikian hal ini memiliki implikasi yaitu metode tersebut harus tetap menjadi salah satu pilihan utama dalam menentukan metode e-payment. Untuk kartu kredit dan e-money, masih dibutuhkan banyak waktu untuk kedua metode tersebut menjadi seimbang dengan transfer antar bank terutama dalam aspek customer base dari sisi sosial.] |
