Rumah sakit milik pemerintah kota Palembang ini setiap harinya melaksanakan layanan perawatan medis dan non medis selama 24 jam.RSUD Palembang BARI adalah salah satu rumah sakit yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk mendukung proses bisnisnya. RSUD Palembang BARI menginginkan adanya keselarasan antara strategi teknologi informasi dan strategi bisnis. Namun belum diketahui seberapa tingkat kematangan dari keselarasan antara strategi bisnis dengan strategi teknologi informasinya.Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengukur atau menilai selaras atau tidak strategi teknologi informasi dengan strategi bisnis RSUD Palembang BARI dan seberapa tingkat kematangan dari keselarasan strategi tersebut. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Strategic Alignment Model (SAM) (Henderson dan Verkatraman, 1999) dan Luftman IT-Business Alignment Maturity (Luftman, 2001).Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah tingkat kematangan dari keselarasan strategi teknologi informasi dan strategi bisnis juga strategi-strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk membawa tingkat kematangan keselarasan strategi tersebut ke tingkat yang lebih tinggi.
