Abstract
PT. Sasana Artha Finance (SAF) mempunyai Sistem Multifinance lama yaitu eMF seiring berjalannya waktu sistem ini digantikan oleh sistem baru yaitu Sistem Confins. Kenyataan sistem yang tidak sesuai dengan harapan merupakan kendala yang dihadapi SAF saat ini. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah tidak pernah melakukan evaluasi terhadap sistem yang berjalan. Penelitian ini akan melakukan evaluasi penerimaan terhadap sebuah sistem dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi penerimaan Sistem Confins. Model penerimaan yang digunakan adalah UTAUT2 dan dianalisa menggunakan konsep Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis varian dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan Sistem Confins dipengaruhi oleh Effort Expectancy, Facilitating Condition, dan Habit.

PT. Sasana Artha Finance (SAF) has old multifinance system named eMF, over time this system was replaced by a new system named Confins System. The fact that the system is not in accordance with the expectations of the constraints faced by the SAF today. One of the reasons is that SAF has never performed an evaluation of this system. This study will evaluate the acceptability of a system in order to determine the factors that influence the acceptance of Confins System. The model is using UTAUT2. The Analyzed method is using the concept of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based variants using software SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that the admission system Confins influenced by Effort Expectancy, Facilitating Condition, and Habit.
