[ABSTRAKBusiness Process Management Model merupakan salah satu alat yang paling dapat diandalkan untuk perbaikan sebuah perusahaan yang dapat memandu perusahaan untuk mencapai tahap proses yang paling efisien di dalam perusahaan yang dapat membawa perusahaan meraih keadaan yang paling diinginkan dari bisnis tersebut PT Sumalindo Lestari Jaya adalah perusahaan multinasional Indonesia yang mencoba untuk meningkatkan kinerja usahanya Dengan menggunakan model ini sebagai pedoman makalah ini akan memeriksa proses manajemen yang digunakan dalam perusahaan dan kemudian mencoba untuk mengevaluasi apa yang perusahaan harus lakukan untuk mencapai tahap akhir yang diinginkan dan memeriksa Sejauh mana model penelitian BPM memberikan dasar menuju implementasi BPM kepada perusahaan.
