ABSTRAK Penyakit TB paru masih menjadi masalah kesehatan utama dan menjadisalah satu penyebab kematian di dunia. NTT merupakan salah satu propinsidengan prevalensi TB paru BTA (+) di atas angka nasional. Prevalensi TB paruBTA (+) di Kabupaten Ende tahun 2012 sebesar 74,07 per 100.000 penduduk atau189 kasus dengan persentase rumah sehat sebesar 22,24%. Tujuan penelitian iniuntuk mengetahui hubungan antara kondisi fisik rumah, perilaku, pengetahuandan karakteristik individu dengan kejadian penyakit TB paru BTA (+) diKabupaten Ende tahun 2013. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengandesain case control. Sampel untuk kasus adalah orang dengan hasil pemeriksaandahak positif dan kontrol adalah orang dengan hasil pemeriksaan dahak negatifyang berusia ≥15 tahun dan tinggal di wilayah kerja 5 puskesmas dalamKabupaten Ende. Ditemukan variabel yang berhubungan dengan TB paru BTA(+) adalah pencahayaan (OR=4,512; 95% CI: 1,888-10,787), kelembaban(OR=6,833; 95% CI: 2,732-17,093), kepadatan hunian (OR=1,461-8,057),perilaku (OR=3,5; 95% CI: 1,529-8,012), jenis kelamin (OR=2,263; 95% CI:1,013-5,052) dan status gizi (OR=7,211; 95% CI: 2,724-19,087). Variabel yangpaling dominan mempengaruhi kejadian TB paru BTA (+) di Kabupaten Endeadalah status gizi yang kurang dan kelembaban yang tidak memenuhi syarat. The casesare people with positive sputum test and controls are people with negative sputumtest were aged ≥15 years and lived in the region of 5 health centers in Endedistrict. The result was the variable associated with lung tuberculosis areillumination (OR=4,512; 95% CI: 1,888-10,787), humidity (OR=6,833; 95% CI:2,732-17,093), house density (OR=1,461-8,057), behavior (OR=3,5; 95% CI:1,529-8,012), sex (OR=2,263; 95% CI: 1,013-5,052) and nutrition (OR=7,211;95% CI: 2,724-19,087). The most dominant variable effect of incidence lungtuberculosis in Ende district are the lack of nutrition and not eligible humidity. |
