[Latar Belakang: Stroke iskemik merupakan penyebab kecacatan no 1 didunia yangmembutuhkan perawatan jangka panjang sehingga akan mempengaruhi lama hari rawatdi rumah sakit. Berdasarkan data statistik tahun 2012 rumah sakit PMI Bogor terjadipeningkatan kasus stroke iskemik yang cukup tinggi. Namun belum ada gambaran danfaktor-faktor yang berhubungan yang berhubungan dengan lama hari rawat pasienstroke iskemik. Tujuan: Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran dan faktor–faktoryang berhubungan dengan lama hari rawat inap pasien stroke iskemik baik faktorkarakteristik rumah sakit (Kelas Perawatan, Pemakaian ruangan intensive, Hari masuk,Hari keluar) maupun faktor karakteristik pasien (Umur, Jenis kelamin, Komplikasi,Penyakit Penyerta, Cara Bayar Dan Cara Keluar). Metode: Penelitian ini bersifatkuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional, jumlah sampel 112 pasien dengan datasekunder dari sistem informasi rekam medis rumah sakit. Data dianalisis secaraunivariat dan bivariat.Hasil dan kesimpulan: Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata–rata lama hari rawat inappasien stroke iskemik di rumah sakit PMI Bogor tahun 2012 adalah 5,88 hari, dan hasiluji bivariat yang berhubungan adalah yang memiliki nilai (p<0,005). Faktor yangmempengaruhi lama hari rawat yang panjang adalah pasien diruangan intesive(p=0,006), memiliki komplikasi (p=0,001) dan penyakit jumlah penyerta (p=0,035).Sedangkan faktor yang mempengaruhi lama hari rawat lebih singkat adalah cara keluarpasien yang keluar atas permintaan sendiri (p=0,003). Variabel kelas perawatan, harimasuk, hari keluar, umur, jenis kelamin, cara bayar tidak menunjukkan adanyahubungan yang bermakna. Saran: segera menetapkan standar lama hari rawat pasien stroke iskemik dan mengendalikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi lama hari rawat yaitu pada variabel pemakaian ruangan intesive, komplikasi, penyakit penyerta, dan cara keluar., Background: Stroke Ischemic is the no.1 cause of disability in the world and long-termcare that will affect the long days hospitalized.
