ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi sektor usaha mikro, kecil,dan menengah (UMKM) atas terbitnya Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 46 Tahun2013: yang ditinjau dari aspek keadilan, kepastian pajak, kemudahan, serta efisiendan ekonomis. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap sektor UMKM yang berdomisilidi Pulau Jawa dengan total responden sebanyak 88 orang. Metode yang digunakandalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasilpenelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa secara umum tingkat persetujuanresponden atas aspek keadilan, kepastian, kemudahan, serta efisien dan ekonomisadalah sebesar 50% yang menunjukkan bahwa peraturan ini sudah cukupmengandung keempat aspek tersebut. Namun, walaupun demikian minimnyasosialiasi membuat beberapa responden masih belum mengetahui peraturanterbaru ini. Oleh sebab itu, pemerintah perlu mengadakan sosialisasi lebih banyaklagi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman Wajib Pajak
ABSTRACT
The main purpose of this research is to analyze Small Medium Enterprises?Perception related to the publication of Government Law No. 46, 2013: fromequality, certainty, convenience, and efficient and economic aspects. Therespondents of this research come from Java Island with total 88 respondents. Inthis research, the qualitative descriptive method is applied. According to theresearch conducted, It can be concluded that the SME?s has perception that thisregulation is quite equal, certain, convenience, and efficient and economic.However, because of lack of socialization, some of the respondents do not knowabout this regulation. Therefore, government should take action by doing moresocialization in order to increase society knowledge and awareness related to thisregulation. |
