ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas dari surveilans kesehatan kerja terkait hipertensi yang telah diterapkan oleh PT X dengan lokasi di Y. Analisis dilakukan dengan melihat gambaran tekanan darah pekerja selama 1 tahun terakhir lalu dianalisis prevalensi dan insiden hipertensi yang ada, kemudian, dilakukan kajian terhadap efektifitas program K3 dalam menurunkan angka prevalensi dan insiden tersebut. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif- kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional .Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa segera melakukan identifikasi Health Risk Assessment (HRA) terkait faktor risiko hipertensi, segera membuat kebijakan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan sebelum bekerja, lalu melakukan beberapa perubahan pada program kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja. ABSTRACT This study purposed to analyze the effectiveness of occupational health surveillance related hypertension that has been applied by PT X site Y. The analysis was done by looking at the overview of blood pressure workers during the last 1 year ago and then analyzed the prevalence and incidence of hypertension, followed by an assessment of the effectiveness of the occupational health and safety program in reducing the prevalence and incidence. This study is qualitative-quantitative study with cross-sectional research design. The results of the study suggest that immediate identification of Health Risk Assessment (HRA)-related risk factors of hypertension, , immediately making policy for examination blood pressure workers before work, and then made some changes to occupational health and safety programs. |
