[Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu input terpenting dalam sebuahorganisasi, tidak terkecuali dengan pelayanan kesehatan Puskemas, dibutuhkanperencanaan kebutuhan SDM yang sesuai agar pelayanan terhadap masyarakatdapat terpenuhi.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Sei.Jang KotaTanjungpinang yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan jumlah tenaga kesehatan yangideal dengan menggunakan perhitungan beban kerja berdasarkan Metodeperhitungan Work Load Indicator Staff Need (WISN). Desain penelitiannyakualitatif dan gambarannya secara deskriftif analitik. Informasi pada penelitianmelalui data primer dan data skunder serta pengumpulan informasi denganwawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung.Hasil penelitian menunjukkantenaga yang ada saat ini melebihi dari kebutuhan yang sebenarnya, dikarenakanbeban kerja yang terlalu kecil pada beberapa unit tertentu, selain itu ditemukanpenempatan tenaga yang tidak sesuai dengan kualifikasi pendidikan;Human resources is one important input in an organization, no exception in theservice in health. So it is with health services, health center fully needed planningneeds human resources corresponding to the service for people to be fulfilled. Thestudy is done in puskesmas sei.jang Tanjungpinangcity which aims to get thenumber paramedics who an ideal used calculation burden work based on methodsof calculation work load indicator staff need (WISN). Design his researchqualitative and his depiction in deskriftif analytic. Information to research throughprimary data and scundary and gathering information by interview andobservation.
