Abstract
ABSTRAK
Telah dibuat suatu alat yang digunakan untuk mensimulasikan sistem pendinginan pada mesin kendaraan bermotor untuk menguji performa cairan radiator. pembuatan alat ini menggunakan sebuah simulator mesin yang terbuat dari alumunium yang terdapat heater didalamnya yang berfungsi untuk memanaskan cairan radiator yang lewat ke dalam simulator mesin tersebut heater disini mempunyai daya sebesar 1000 watt, 220 volt radiator sebagai pendingin dan rotary meter untuk mengtahui debit alir dan sensor untuk mengukur suhu pada cairan yaitu Termokopel tipe k yang ditempatkan pada simulator mesin, pengendalian dilakukan dengan menggunakan mikrokontroler untuk untuk mengendalikan suhu mesin agar tetap rendah dan program LabVIEW melalui komunikasi data serial.Lab VIEW merupakan data temperatur yang nantinya akan ditampilkan ke layar berupa grafik, dan dapat di simpan dalam bentuk file excel

Has been made a tool that used by simulation cooling system at motor vehicle machine to test performa radiator fluid. this tool making uses a machine simulator that made of alumunium that existed heater inside that to heat radiator fluid that pass into machine simulator referred [as] heater here have power as high as 1000 watts, 220 radiator volts as [the] cooler and rotary metre for mengtahui debit flows and censor to measure temperature at fluid that is Termokopel type k that placed at machine simulator, operation is conducted by using microcontroller for to control machine temperature in order to remain to be low and program LabVIEW pass by data communication serial.Lab VIEW is temperature data in the future will be presented to [screen/sail] [of] have the shape of graph, and can keep in the form of file excel
