Abstract
Telah dibuat Mesin Pengisi Galon berbasis mikrokontroler menggunakan Limit Switch sebagai sensor posisi. Pada sistem ini mempunyai 4 operasi yaitu operasi pembersihan galon,pengeringan galon,pembalikan galon, dan pengisian galon. Penggunaan Limit Switch digunakan untuk indikator pergerakan mesin, sehingga setiap mesin bergerak akan berhenti jika sudah menyentuh limit switch.. Hal ini membuat mesin tidak memerlukan banyak tombol untuk mengendalikanya.
Its made gallon filling machine based on microcontroler use limit switch as position censor. in this system has 4 operations system that is gallon cleaning operation, gallon drying, gallon reversal, and gallon admission filling. limit switch used for engine movement indicator, so that every engine has moved will stop if touch limit switch. This matter makes engine doesn't need many buttons to controlled it.
