Abstract
ABSTRAK
Pada pengaman lift jatuh ini dikendalikan oleh mikrokontroler menggunakan IC ATMega8535 dengan compiler-nya adalah BASCOM-AVR. Untuk mendeteksi lift ini dalam keadaan jatuh atau tidak digunakan sensor akselerometer yang keluarannya tegangan analog lalu dimasukan ke ADC internal yang terdapat pada ATMega8535. Bila akselerometer mendeteksi lift dalam keadaan jatuh di lantai manapun maka rem akan aktif. Pada perancangan mekaniknya terdapat rem untuk menghentikan laju jatuhnya lift ini. Rem ini terletak di bawah lift dan bila aktif akan menekan bagian besi penyangga lift. Untuk menggerakkan rem digunakan motor DC yang memliki gearbox agar kuat saat menekan besi penyangga.
ABSTRACT
At this falling down safety lift, it controlled by microcontroller ATMega8535 and the compiler is BASCOMAVR. To detect lift whether falling down or not, we used sensor namely accelerometer that the output is analog voltage where the voltage is plug in to the internal ADC in ATMega8535. If accelerometer detected lift is falling down in any floor then it will activated the brake. In the mechanic design is available brake to decrease the falling down speed. The brake is positioned underneath lift and if it active it will push iron stick to mobilize the brake used DC motor that have gearbox, to increase the power when it pushed.
