Sifat remaja yang suka mencoba-coba dan berani mengambil risiko dengan berperilaku menyimpang, menjadikan remaja rentan terhadap risiko penularan HIV/AIDS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran perilaku berisiko dan faktor yang berhubungan terkait HIV/AIDS pada remaja, mempergunakan metode potong lintang dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian yang diberikan pada siswa kelas X dan XI di SMA/SMK di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pengasinan di Kota Bekasi yang berjumlah 216 orang.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar remaja mempunyai pengetahuan rendah (57,4%) dan sikap yang tidak baik terkait HIV/AIDS (51,9%), 82,9 persen telah berpacaran dengan gaya berpacaran dari hanya mengobrol (80,1%) sampai berhubungan sex (3,2%). Perilaku remaja menyimpang lainnya terkait HIV/AIDS yaitu merokok (33,3%), minum minuman keras (12,5%), membuat tato (8,3%), menggunakan narkoba selain suntik (1,9%), memakai narkoba suntik (3,7%), oral sex (6,9%) dan menonton film porno (37,0%). Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan bermakna antara distribusi perilaku berisiko dengan tingkat pengetahuan (PR:7,419; CI 95% 2,336-23,567, sikap (PR: 62,257 CI 95%), persepsi peran orang tua (PR: 2,500; CI 95% 1,181- 5,290) dan persepsi peran teman sebaya (PR: 3,214; CI 95% 1,385-7,462) dengan nilai p value < 0,005. Disarankan untuk meningkakan program promosi kesehatan pada tatanan sekolah, meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa secara komprehensif melalui pemberian informasi terkait HIV/AIDS dari guru, orang tua dan tenaga kesehatan dan menggali motivasi remaja untuk mengetahui HIV/AIDS melalui pemberian tugas-tugas atau lomba-lomba seperti pembuatan makalah berkaitan dengan kesehatan remaja terkait HIV/AIDS. Teenagers have high propensity to experiment and take risks by inappropriate behavior as their nature, which resulting the susceptibility to the risk of HIV / AIDS transmissions.This study aims to describe risk behaviors and associated factors related with HIV / AIDS in the scope of teenagers, using the cross-sectional questionnaire method as a research instrument that was given for 10th and 11th grade of High School and Vocational High School in the region of Puskesmas Pengasinan (Pengasinan Health Center) Bekasi, involving 216 students as research respondent.The Research shows that most teenagers have a low level of knowledge (57.4%) and have bad habits related to HIV / AIDS (51.9%), 82.9 percent had been dating from just as proper relationship such a chatting (80.1%) to sex habits (3.2%). Other deviant adolescent behavior related to HIV / AIDS which were smoking (33.3%), drinking alcohol (12.5%), making tattoos (8.3%), using not injecting drugs (1.9%), using injecting drugs (3.7%), oral sex (6.9%), and watching porn (37.0%).The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between the distribution of risky behavior with the level of knowledge (PR: 7.419; 95% CI 2.336 to 23.567, attitude (PR: 62.257 CI 95%), the perception of the parental role (PR: 2,500; 95% CI 1.181 - 5.290) and the perception of the role of peers (PR: 3.214; 95% CI 1.385 to 7.462) with a p value <0.005. It is recommended to improve health promotion programs within the scope of schools, increase student's knowledge in a comprehensive manner through the provision of information related to HIV / AIDS guided by teachers, parents and health workers and develop the teenagers motivation to learn more about the HIV / AIDS through assignments or competitions such as paper-making competitions relating to adolescent health related to HIV / AIDS. |
