[ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran manajemen programpenanggulagan penyakit HIV/AIDS di Kota Bogor tahun 2013. Pendekatanpenelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa cakupan penjangkauan populasi kunci belum mencapai target.Target penggunaan jarum suntik sudah mencapai target dan target penggunaankondom belum bisa dihitung. Pada penggunaan sumber daya sebagai input dapatdisimpulkan bahwa jumlah belum sesuai untuk petugas penjangkauan, petugaspuskesmas dan Dinas Kesehatan. Kebutuhan sarana sangat seperti logistiklaboatorium belum mencukupi dalam segi jumlah. Kesedian Dana dari pemerintahbelum mencapai 70% target kesedian. Proses perencanaan dibagi menjadiperencanaan APBD dan perencanaan GF namun belum terintegrasi di musrembang.Proses pengawasan yang menjadi tugas KPAD belum berfungsi dengan maksimal.Rekomendasi penyelesaian permasalahan adalah peningkatan fungsi KPAD,peningkatan kuantitas dan kualitas sumber daya, dan peningkatan program.

This scriture aims to look at the describe of HIV/AIDS Prevention ProgramManagement in Bogor City 2013. This research are descriptive qualitative research.The results showed that the scope of outreach has not reached the target keypopulations. Targeted use of sterile needles has reached the target, but the target ofcondom use can not be calculated. Inputs that used as program resources can beconcluded that the amount is not appropriate for outreacher, puskesmas?s staff andthe Department of Health?s staff. The need for facilities such as logistics laboatoriumvery inadequate in terms of quantity. Willingness of government funds have notreached the 70% target of willingness. The planning process is divided into theAPBD budget planning and GF budget planning, but did not integrated yet inmusrembang.
