[ABSTRAK Pemilihan makanan merupakan sebuah proses kompleks yang melibatkan banyakfaktor, mulai dari biologis hingga antropolgis. Penelitian ini dilakukan untukmengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pemilihan makanan padamahasiswa S1 Reguler Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan desainstudi cross-sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pemilihan makanan dalampenelitian ini diukur menggunakan skor pemilihan makanan yang mencakupaspek kecukupan asupan zat gizi, variasi, dan keseimbangan zat gizi makro.Variabel independen yang dinilai berhubungan signifikan dengan skor pemilihanmakanan berdasarkan penelitian ini adalah tempat tinggal, motivasi dalammemilih makanan, dan pengetahuan gizi.
