Skripsi ini membahas partisipasi lansia sebagai kader di posyandu lansia RW 011, Kelurahan Malaka Jaya, Jakarta Timur. Tujuannya adalah memberikan gambaran partisipasi yang dilakukan kader lansia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada tiga faktor yang melatarbelakangi partisipasi kader lansia di posyandu yaitu kemauan, kemampuan, dan kesempatan, selain itu ada dua bentuk partisipasi kader lansia di posyandu yaitu partisipasi subyektif dan partisipasi obyektif. Partisipasi tersebut didukung oleh beberapa faktor serta terdapat pula penghambat partisipasi. This research reviews about the elderly participation as cadre in posyandu elderly service RW 011, Malaka Jaya Village, East Jakarta. The goal is to give everyone idea about the participation of the elderly. As known that elderly are often regarded as a weak object. This research was qualitative research with descriptive design. The result showed that there are three factors which aspect influenced the participation of elderly cadres that is willingness, ability, opportunity. And two forms of participation of elderly cadres that is participation subjectively and objectively. It is supported by many factors and there are hinder factors of participation. |
