[ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Contractor safetymanagement system (CSMS) online yang sudah digunakan oleh PT. XYZ padakurun waktu 2013?2014. CSMS online merupakan suatu sistem berbasis webyang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan CSMS di PT. XYZ untuk menggantikansistem manual yang diterapkan sebelumnya. Penelitian dilakukan denganmenggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengambilan data dilakukan denganmetode wawancara kepada pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwapenggunaan CSMS online dirasakan belum optimal baik bagi perusahaan maupunbagi pengguna sistem, masih ditemukan kendala dan hambatan pada penggunadan sistem yang digunakan. Perbaikan dalam implementasi CSMS online perludilakukan. Perbaikan terutama pada kebijakan, komunikasi yang lebihmenyeluruh, peningkatan kesadaran pengguna sistem, pengembangan aplikasiCSMS online, serta perbaikan dari sisi sistem online yang digunakan. Sehinggadiharapkan penggunaan CSMS online dapat optimal dan memberikan manfaatbagi perusahaan dan pengguna sistem. Especially in the policy, thorough communication, userawareness, CSMS online aplication development, and improvement of the systembeing used.
