Penelitian Sistem Informasi Manajemen Klinik Gumayun di KabupatenTegal dengan Berbasis Web, dilatarbelakangi adanya ketidaksesuaian laporankegiatan serta laporan keuangan di Klinik Gumayun. Tujuan penelitian adalahsistem informasi manajemen untuk pelayanan kesehatan di klinik Gumayun.Variabel penelitian ini adalah pada aspek ketersediaan data dan informasi,relevansi data dan informasi, kecepatan laporan dan akurasi data. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi di klinik Gumayun sebelum pengembangansistem belum dapat menghasilkan informasi secara mudah, tepat waktu, akurat danrelevan. Dengan demikian diharapkan pengembangan sistem informasi manajemendapat meningkatkan kualitas data dan informasi di Klinik Gumayun.Kesimpulanya adalah sistem informasi yang terkomputerisasi dapat memudahkanpencatatan dan pelaporan distribusi obat, laporan kunjungan pasien dan jugalaporan keuangan serta dapat memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat. Saranyang dapat diberikan adalah perlu adanya petugas yang bertanggung jawab untukmemelihara dan mengembangkan sistem, petugas klinik yang ada dapatdimanfaatkan pada masing ? masing ruang pelayanan sesuai dengan tugas danfungsinya,.Selain itu, sistem informasi manajemen ini dalam implementasikedepan, masih dapat dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan diharapkandapat diintegrasikan terhadap pelaporan dari klinik swasta ke instansi pemerintahseperti Puskesmas dan Dinas Kesehatan.
ABSTRACT
Clinical Research Management Information System Gumayun in Tegaldistrict based on web highlighted with in order to avoiding the discrepancy of theactivity reports and financial reports at that clinic. The purpose of this research isto develop a management information system for health care services in the clinic.The variables of this research based on the aspects of the availability of data andinformation, the relevance of data and information, the speed of report and also theaccuracy of data. The results of this research showed that the information system atthe Gumayun clinic before the development of the system has not been able togenerate information in an easy, timely, accurate and relevance. Hopefully, by thedevelopment of the management information system will improve the quality ofdata and information at the Gumayun clinic from the element of convenience,timeliness, accuracy, and relevancy. The conclusion of this research is by using thecomputerized information system services that can establish it easier to recordingand reporting of the drug distribution, reporting patiens and also on the reportabout financial results and information to many people. Advice that can be givenis to deploy the system into the services at the clinic activities at the Gumayunclinic, and also it needs the health care personnel who can be responsible formaintaining and developing the system so that when the system is needed, thesystem can be used easily. The existing clinic personnel can be utilized on everyservices area based on the function.
