[ABSTRAK Bangunan-bangunan gedung merupakan kontributor terbesar konsumsi energi diberbagai negara. Konsumsi energi ini telah menyebabkan masalah serius sepertipemanasan global. Salah satu upaya mengurangi dampak pemanasan globaladalah dengan pembangunan green building. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap percepatan implementasigreen building di DKI Jakarta ditinjau dari perspektif owner dan developer sertamelakukan strategi penyelesaian. Hasil AHP menunjukkan bahwa faktor efisiensienergi bangunan, regulasi pemerintah mengenai energi bangunan, pendidikangreen building dan nilai investasi green building merupakan empat faktorperingkat teratas yang perlu dilakukan strategi tepat terhadap percepatanimplementasi green building. Oneeffort to reduce the impact of global warming is with green building construction.This study aims to determine what factors affect the acceleration of theimplementation of green building in Jakarta viewed from the perspective ofowners and developers as well as perform settlement strategy.
