Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses rekrutmen dan kaderisasi yang dilakukan oleh Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS), menganalisis efektivitasnya dan kaitannya dengan Ketahanan Lembaga DPRD DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan bersifat deskriptif analisis. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori efektivitas, teori kaderisasi, serta teori partai politik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Rekrutmen dan kaderisasi PKS dilakukan melalui sarana tarbiyah, organisasi underbow PKS, serta pengkaderan formal partai. (2) PKS meningkatkan kualitas kadernya melalui beberapa cara seperti pembinaan pekanan (liqa?), penerbitan buku-buku tulisan kader PKS, serta penyelenggaraan training atau seminar. (3) Kaderisasi PKS belum sepenuhnya efektif sehingga PKS perlu mengevaluasi kembali sistem kaderisasinya. (4) PKS mendukung ketahanan DPRD DKI Jakarta sebagai lembaga politik dengan menghadirkan kader-kader terbaik sebagai anggota legislatif.
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the process of recruitment and regeneration carried out by the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS), analyze its effectiveness and its relation with the resilience of institution of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) DKI Jakarta. The method used in this study is qualitative and descriptive analysis. Theories used in this study are efficacy theory, the theory of regeneration, as well as the theory of political parties. The results of this study showed that (1) Recruitment and regeneration of PKS are conducted by means of tarbiyah, under bow organizations, and party formal cadre. (2) PKS enhances the quality of cadres through several ways such as weekly coaching (Liqa'), publishing books writing by PKS cadres, as well as organizing training or seminars. (3) Regeneration of PKS has not been fully effective that it needs to reevaluate the regeneration system.
