Penting untuk merencanakan kehidupan berkeluarga sejak masa remaja. Penelitianini merupakan analisis dari data SKRRI 2007 dan SDKI KRR 2012 yangbertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membandingkan rencana remaja dalamkehidupan berkeluarga serta faktor-faktor yang berhubungan serta menggunakandesain komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sekitar 30% remaja pada SKRRI2007 dan 38,5% pada SDKI KRR 2012 memiliki rencana baik dalam kehidupanberkeluarga. Pada SKRRI 2007 hanya faktor kelompok umur yang tidakberhubungan. Sedangkan pada SDKI KRR 2012, semua faktor berhubungan.Faktor yang paling dominan dari kedua data sekunder tersebut yaitu pengetahuantentang metode KB. Saran ditujukan bagi keluarga, masyarakat, Kemenkes,BKKBN, Kemendikbud, DPR dan Kominfo.
