Menggunakan regresi data panel pada 17 bidang usaha Kawasan Berikat dan 16 rentang periode kuartalan tahun 2010 sampai dengan tahun 2013, tesis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh yang diberikan oleh insentif fiskal maupun insentif non fiskal-moneter melalui skema Kawasan Berikat terhadap kinerja ekspor. Objek penelitian dalam tesis ini dibatasi hanya meliputi perusahaan Kawasan Berikat yang aktif melakukan kegiatan ekspor dan impor di wilayah Bekasi. Dalam menjelaskan kinerja ekspor, digunakan tiga variabel dependen yaitu nilai ekspor, volume ekspor dan konsentrasi ekspor.Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, terdapat bukti yang kuat bahwa insentif fiskal secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai ekspor dan konsentrasi ekspor, sedangkan insentif non fiskal-moneter secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai ekspor dan volume ekspor. Hasil pengolahan data juga menemukan bukti bahwa PDB riil Jepang berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai dan volume ekspor, sedangkan nilai tukar nominal USD terhadap Rupiah berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai ekspor Using panel data regression on 17 Bonded Zone?s business sectors and 16 quarterly period of year 2010 to 2013, this thesis aimed to analyze the Effect of Fiscal Incentives and Non Fiscal-Moneteary Incentives through The Bonded Zone Scheme on the Export Performance. The object of research in this thesis is limited only covers Bonded Zone?s companies in Bekasi region which actively doing export and import activities. To explain the export performance, this thesis used three dependent variable, namely : export value, export volume and export concentration.The results shows that there is strong evidence that fiscal incentives are significantly positive effect on the export value and export concentration, while the non fiscal-monetary incentives significantly positive effect on the export value and export volume. The results also reveal that the Japan's real GDP has a positive effect on the export value and export volume, while the nominal exchange rate of USD has a negative effect on export value. |
