Rencana bisnis konsultan SDM = Business plan of independent HR consultant

 Abstrak

[ABSTRAK
Sekarang ini, Industri harus menghadapi banyak perubahan dari perubahan ekonomi, politik, teknologi, hingga perubahan manusia itu sendii. Untuk menghadapinya perusahaan harus mengikuti perubahan tersebut dengan change management, dan merubah cara pandang mereka tentang orang-orang atau karyawan. Thesis ini adalah tentang rencana bisnis untuk menjawab tantangan-tantangan tersebut, untuk mendirikan Konsultan SDM yang mandiri untuk membantu banyak industri dalam menghadapi perubahan-perubahan khususnya perubahan pada manusianya. Konsultan ini akan dibiayai oleh pendiri tanpa investor dari luar. Konsultan ini akan memberikan 2 bisnis utama, yaitu outsource SDM dan atau memberikan servis yang terpisah. Perencanaan bisnis ini termasuk perhitungan keuangan yang akan memperlihatkan bahwa perusahaan ini dapat didirikan.

ABSTRACT
Nowadays, industries have to face many changes from economical changes, political changes, technological changes, even to human changes. To face that, company have to change in management too, and change how they see about people or employees. This thesis is about business plan how to answer that challange, to establish the Independent HR consultant to help many industries to face changes, specially in human changes. This consultant will be funded by the founder of the company without external investor. The company will giving 2 main services, outsourcing of HR development and giving the seperate services. The business plan includes calculations and financial statement which will show that it is indeed feasible to establish the company
