ABSTRAK Mahasiswa praktik klinik keperawatan merupakan bagian dari perawat profesional yang dituntut untuk berkomunikasi yang baik, efektif dan asertif baik pada perawat ruangan maupun dengan pasien.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang pengaruh terapi Assertiveness trainng (AT) terhadap kemampuan komunikasi asertif mahasiswa praktik klinik kepada perawat ruang rawat inap. Sampel 60 responden dengan 30 kelompok intervensi dan 30 kelompok kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kemampuan komunikasi asertif mahasiswa yang mendapatkan AT meningkat sebesar 2,27 (4,54%) dengan p value < 0,05. Terapi ini direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi asertif mahasiswa. Praktik klinik Keperawatan. ABSTRACT Students of nursing clinical practice is part of a professional nurse who is required to communicate well, effectively and assertively both when they are in the room and when they are talking to clients or patients. The goal of this research is to gain an overview of the influence of Assertiveness training (AT) therapy to the assertive communication skills for nursing clinical practice students to the nurses in inpatient ward. The samples consist of 60 respondents with 30 respondents in intervention group and 30 respondents in control group. The results show that students with assertive communication skills increased the AT significantly by 2.27 (4,54%) with a p value <0.05. This therapy is recommended to increase assertive communications for nursing clinical practice students |
