[ABSTRAK Penyimpangan perilaku seksual remaja menimbulkan kehamilan remajameningkat. Penelitian bertujuan mendapatkan gambaran hubungan tingkatkemandirian keluarga dalam pencegahan penyimpangan perilaku seksual remajadengan kejadian kehamilan remaja. Desain penelitian descriptive correlationalsecara cross sectional. Responden 185 keluarga dengan anak remaja perempuan.menggunakan probability sampling. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat hubungantingkat kemandirian keluarga memberikan kebebasan seimbang dan bertanggungjawab serta memelihara komunikasi terbuka dalam pencegahan penyimpanganperilaku seksual remaja dengan kejadian kehamilan remaja. Penelitianmerekomendasikan perlu kebebasan seimbang dan bertanggungjawab sertakomunikasi terbuka dalam keluarga untuk mencegah penyimpangan perilakuseksual remaja yang berdampak kehamilan remaja; ABSTRACT The problem of sexual misbehavior has led to the increase in unwanted teenagepregnancy.
