Abstrak
ABSTRAK
Kurang dan lemahnya komunikasi merupakan salah satu penyebab yang mempengaruhi keterlambatan waktu pelaksanaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor risiko yang dominan dalam penerapan manajemen komunikasi pada proyek konstruksi bangunan tingkat tinggi agar bisa dicari tindakan responnya. Melalui metode survey terhadap proyek konstruksi bangunan tingkat tinggi untuk mengetahui peristiwa risiko yang selanjutnya dianalisis berdasarkan ISO 31000 untuk mengetahui peringkat risikonya (risk level). Untuk menganalisis faktor risiko dominan digunakan metode korelasi antara risiko yang muncul dengan kinerja waktu proyek dari metode survey. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan 25 faktor risiko dominan dalam penerapan manajemen komunikasi pada proyek konstruksi bangunan tingkat tinggi yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja waktu pelaksanaan
ABSTRACT
Less and lack of communication is one of the causes that affect the execution time delays. This study aimed to identify the risk factors dominant in the application of communication management at construction projects of highrise building in order to look for response actions. With survey methods at construction projects of highrise building to knowing of a risks to be further analyzed based on the ISO 31000 to determine risk ratings (risk level). To analyze the risk factors used correlation method between the dominant risks with project time performance from survey method. From the results, it found 25 dominant risk factors in the application of management communication at the construction projects of highrise building that affect the execution time performance
