[ABSTRAK Tesis ini meneliti tentang keuntungan dari sekuritisasi Islam dibandingkan dengansekuritisasi konvensional. Islamic-Real Estate Investment Trusts (I-REITs) adalahsalah satu bentuk proses sekuritiasi yang sesuai dengan shariah compliance.Dengan menggunakan analisa treynor index dan jensen-alpha index, performa IREITsMalaysia lebih baik dibandingkan dengan benchmark. Sedangkan I-REITsjika dibandingkan dengan REITs konvensional memiliki volatilias yang lebihkecil. Equity I-REITs yang merupakan produk yang shariah compliance bisamenjadi salah satu inovasi produk di dalam pasar modal syariah Indonesia ABSTRACT This thesis examines the advantages of Islamic securitization compared toconventional securitization.
