ABSTRAK Penyakit persedian di Jawa Barat sebesar 32,1% (Riskesdas, 2013). Insidentertinggi nyeri sendi dialami oleh lanjut usia. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalahmengetahui hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan nyeri sendi pada lansia dikelurahan Curug Kecamatan Cimanggis Kota Depok. Desain penelitian ini adalahcross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah lansia dengan nyeri sendiberjumlah 151 lansia. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji proporsional frekuensi,chi-square dan regresi logistik berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adahubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan nyeri sendi pada lansia (pvalue <0,05). Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah perawat mengoptimalkan kemampuankeluarga dalam mendukung lansia mengatasi nyeri sendi. ABSTRACT Pain is a major problem in the elderly with impaired muskuloskletal themanagement of this disease focuses on efforts to reduce or the levels ofalleviate pain by family support. The general objective of this study was todetermine the relationship between family support with joint pain in theelderly. This research is a consisted of quantitative study with cross sectionalmethod. Respondents in this study 151 elderly respondents with joint pain.The sampling method in this study was a simple random sampling technique.The results showed that older age groups were at of joint pain 2,329 timesgreater than the older age groups the end, after being controlled by a variableinstrumental support and emotional support. Whereas the variables that affectthe joint pain was’s elderly age. The study recommends the need forcollaboration across programs and across sectors to create programs toprevent and reduce joint pain in the elderlus. |
