[ABSTRAK Penelitian ini terfokus pada Kepemimpinan Nasional dan Pembangunan Nasional:?Bagaimana pemimpin nasional mengawal semua program pembangunan agartujuan nasional masyarakat adil dan makmur tercapai.? Hingga sekarang tujuannasional itu belum juga tercapai. Mengapa? Karena faktor kepemimpinannasional. Maka sangat dibutuhkan suatu model kepemimpinan nasional yangmampu menghantar Indonesia kepada tujuannya. Dan model itu adalah Kepemimpinan-Pelayan. Penelitian ini adalah sebuah penelitian kualitatif yangdisajikan secara deskriptif dengan fokus kajian (Rencana) Pembangunan JangkaMenengah Nasional Tahap II Tahun 2010-2014. Hasilnya ialah bahwa kepemimpinan-pelayan (servant-leadership) dapat menjadi model ideal kepemimpinannasional yang dapat menghantar bangsa Indonesia kepada tujuan nasionalnya. Until now the national goalhas not been reached. Why? Because of the national leadership. Then urgentlyneeded a national model of leadership that is able to deliver this nation to itsdestination. And the ideal model is Servant-Leadership. This study is a qualitativeresearch presented descriptively by focus of study of Medium Term DevelopmentPhase II from 2010 to 2014, particularly the Year 2010/2011.
