Abstract
Tesis ini membahas penilaian saham pada PT Wijaya Karya Realty terkait dengan rencana untuk melakukan Initial Public Offering pada tahun 2015. Valuasi saham menggunakan Free Cash Flow to Equity, Abnormal Earnings dan Relative Valuation Model. Valuasi saham di dasarkan pada kondisi makro ekonomi dan lingkungan industri perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rentang harga wajar saham apabila PT Wijaya Karya Realty melakukan IPO.
This thesis discusses the valuation of shares of PT Wijaya Karya Realty related with plans for initial public offering (IPO) in 2015. Valuation of shares using Free Cash Flow to Equity, Abnormal Earnings and Relative Valuation Model. Valuation of shares is based on a macro-economic and company industry environment. Result of this study is a reasonable price of PT Wijaya Karya Realty's shares when conduct an IPO.
