Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak pembangunan Waduk Jatigede terhadap Output, PDRB, Pendapatan Rumah Tangga, dan Tenaga Kerja di Jawa Barat, baik pada fase konstruksi maupun fase beroperasi Waduk Jatigede. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis Model Input Output Miyazawa Tahun 2011 Provinsi Jawa Barat.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan, pada fase konstruksi Waduk Jatigede memberikan dampak : (1) Penambahan Output rata rata pertahun setara dengan 0,047% bila dibandingkan Total Output tahun 2011, (2) Penambahan PDRB rata rata pertahun setara dengan 0,026% bila dibandingkan total PDRB tahun 2011, (3) Penambahan Pendapatan Rumah Tangga rata rata pertahun setara dengan 0,029% bila dibandingkan total pendapatan rumah tangga tahun 2011, dimana Rumah Tangga Kota Berpendapatan Tinggi dan Rumah Tangga Desa Berpendapatan Tinggi paling besar menerima distribusi pendapatan, yaitu masing masing sebesar 38,90% dan 25,84% dari keseluruhan tambahan Pendapatan Rumah Tangga, (4) Tenaga Kerja yang terserap pada fase konstruksi Waduk Jatigede lebih banyak berasal dari Rumah Tangga Kota Berpendapatan Tinggi dan Rumah Tangga Desa Berpendapatan Tinggi, masing masing sebesar 35,69% dan 15,85% dari tambahan tenaga kerja.Pada fase beroperasi Waduk Jatigede, memberikan dampak : 1) Penambahan Output rata rata pertahun setara dengan 0,839% bila dibandingkan Total Output tahun 2011, (2) Penambahan PDRB rata rata pertahun setara dengan 0,075% bila dibandingkan Total PDRB tahun 2011, (3) Penambahan Pendapatan Rumah Tangga rata-rata pertahun setara dengan 0,64% bila dibandingkan total Pendapatan Rumah Tangga tahun 2011, dimana Rumah Tangga Desa Berpendapatan Tinggi dan Rumah Tangga Kota Berpendapatan Tinggi paling besar menerima distribusi pendapatan, yaitu masing masing sebesar 35,61% dan 24,51% dari tambahan Pendapatan Rumah Tangga, (4) Dampak penambahan Tenaga Kerja setara dengan 0,79% bila dibandingkan jumlah tenaga kerja tahun 2011 (konstan selama fase beroperasi). Tenaga kerja yang terserap lebih banyak berasal dari Rumah Tangga Desa Berpendapatan tinggi, yaitu sebesar 28,38% dari tambahan tenaga kerja.
The research objective is to discover the impacts of Jatigede Dam development towards the Output, PDRB (Gross Regional Domestic Product), the distribution of Household Income, and Workforce in West Java, both in the construction phase andin the operation phase of Jatigede Dam. This research uses the 2011 Miyazawa Input Output Model analysis tool of West Java Province.The research shows that in the Jatigede Dam construction phase the impacts are: (1) the average Output Addition per year is equal to 0.047% if compared with the Total Output in 2011; (2) the average PDRB Addition per year is equal to 0.026% if compared with the total PDRB in 2011; (3) the average Household Income Addition per year is equal to 0.029% if compared with the total Household Income in 2011, when the the High Income Urban Household and High Income Rural Household received the biggest income distribution, each of which earned 38.90% and 25.84% out of the total Household Income addition; (4) Workforce working in the Jatigede Dam construction phase mostly comes from the High Income Urban Household and High Income Rural Household, each of which earned 35.69% and 15.85% out of the additional workforce.In the operation phase, the impacts are: (1) the average Output Addition per year is equal to 0.839% if compared with the Total Output in 2011; (2) the average PDRB Addition per year is equal to 0.075% if compared with the total PDRB in 2011; (3) the average Household Income Addition per year is equal to 0.64% if compared with the total Household Income in 2011, when the the High Income Rural Household and High Income Urban Household received the biggest income distribution, each of which earned 35.61% and 24.51% out of the Household Income addition; (4) Workforce addition impact is equal to 0.79% if compared with the amount of workforce in 2011 (constant during the operation phase). Workforce working mostly comes from the High Income Rural Household, which is 28.38% out of the additional workforce. |
