ABSTRAK Peran modal sosial yang dimiliki oleh komuniti RW 012 ternyata berperan pentingdalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan administrasi, neighborhood management danpemberdayaan masyarakat. Ketidakadaan peran pemerintah dalam mengelolakomuniti dari sisi sosial-budaya menyebabkan kemunculan agen perubahan yangbertindak menggantikan pemerintah dalam rangka meningkatkan solidaritas danmutu pelayanan administrasi dan neighborhood management.Karakteristik sosial, budaya dan ekonomi masyarakat; sumber daya; dan aktivitaskomuniti berperan penting dalam menentukan dasar neighborhood planning dalamrangka meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat. Keberhasilan komuniti menjadipembelajaran bagi seluruh pemangku kepentingan untuk memanfaatkan modalsosial komuniti, membangun sistem administrasi pelayanan dan manajemenlingkungan yang berkelanjutan. ABSTRAK The social capital role in local community play an important role in improvingquality administrative services, neighborhood management and communityempowerment. Lack of government?s role in managing the local community interms of socio-cultural planning, has led to ?agents of change? appearance who actas their local community leader to replace government presence to increasesolidarity, quality of administrative services, and neighborhood management.Social, cultural, and economic characteristics; resources; and social activities incommunities play an important role in determining the basis of neighborhoodplanning in increasing community participation. The success story from this localcommunity become a lesson learned for related stakeholders to utilize social capitalin every local community by generating a sustainable administrative, andneighborhood management system. |
