[ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas peran agen perubahan dalam keputusan inovasi padaPerpustakaan Ulil Albab, Universitas Cendekiawan Muslim. Penelitian inimenggunakan model penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif,menggunakan metode studi kasus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untukmengidentifikasi peran agen perubahan dalam keputusan inovasi,mengidentifikasi inovas-inovasi yang telah diadopsi dan apa yang menjadi faktorpendorong dan penghambat keputusan inovasi. Hasil penelitian menyarankanbahwa kepala perpustakaan di era sekarang ini harus dapat menjalankan peransebagai agen perubahan. Sebagai agen perubahan secara personal harus memilikikemampuan dan keahlian yang dapat dipertanggung jawabkan, bisa meyakinkanbanyak pihak.
ABSTRACT
The focus of this study is the change agent role in innovation decission at UlilAlbab Library, Cendekiawan Muslim University. This study used a descriptiveresearch model with a qualitative approach, case study method. The purpose ofthis study was to identify the change agent role in decision of innovation, toidentify the innovations that have been and what are the driving and inhibitingfactors in decision of innovation.The result of the study suggest that head of thelibrary in this era should be run as a change agent.
