Abstract
Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma bertujuan agar mahasiswa mengetahui gambaran umum kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek serta mengetahui peran dan fungsi apoteker di apotek. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Penilaian Mutu Pelayanan Apotek Kimia Farma yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apotek Kimia Farma mana yang mutu pelayanannya paling baik diantara Apotek Kimia Farma 50, 78, 96 dan 398.
