[ABSTRAK Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek dilaksanakan di Apotek MitrasanaKelapa Gading. Tujuan dari PKPA di apotek adalah untuk mengetahui danmemahami peran dan tanggung jawab seorang apoteker dalam pengelolaanapotek dan memahami serta melaksanakan kegiatan di apotek, baik secarateknis kefarmasian maupun non teknis kefarmasian. Pada pelaksanaan PKPA jugadilakukan penyusunan tugas khusus yang berjudul analisis kebutuhan konsumenApotek Mitrasana Kelapa Gading berdasarkan analisis data penjualan.Penyusunan tugas khusus ini bertujuan mengetahui, mengamati dan menganalisiskebutuhan pelanggan pada Apotek Mitrasana Kelapa Gading.
