ABSTRAK
Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek SamMarie Basra bertujuan untuk memahami tugas pokok, peran dan fungsi apoteker di apotek, dan memberikan kesempatan bagi mahasiswa calon apoteker untuk beradaptasi langsung pada lingkungan kerja kefarmasian yang sebenarnya di apotek serta memahami sistem manajemen dan administrasi di Apotek SamMarie Basra. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Pemantauan Waktu Tunggu Pelayanan Resep Obat Jadi serta Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhinya di Apotek Sammarie Basra Periode Maret ? April 2014, bertujuan untuk mengetahui rata-rata waktu tunggu pelayanan resep obat jadi yang dilaksanakan di Apotek SamMarie Basra periode Maret s.d. April 2014 dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi waktu tunggu pelayanan obat jadi di Apotek SamMarie Basra.
ABSTRACT
Pharmacists Professional Practice at Apotek SamMarie Basra aims to understand the basic tasks, roles, and functions of pharmacists in pharmacies, and to provide an opportunity for prospective students to adapt to the pharmacist directly on the actual working environment of pharmacy in pharmacy and understand the management and administration systems at Apotek SamMarie Basra. Specific assignment has given titled Wait Time Monitoring Service Prescription Drug and Factors Affecting at Apotek SamMarie Basra period from March to April 2014, aims to determine the average waiting time of prescription drug services be implemented at Apotek SamMarie Basra period March to April 2014 and determine the factors that affect the wait time drug services at Apotek SamMarie Basra.
