| [Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan BPOM merupakan institusi pemerintah yang bertugas melakukan pengawasan terhadap produk yang beredar di Indonesia baik obat obat tradisional suplemen makanan kosmetik maupun pangan yang beredar untuk melindungi keamanan keselamatan dan kesehatan konsumen Sebagai tenaga kefarmasian seorang apoteker farmasis perlu dibekali dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan di bidang pengawasan produk pangan dan produk kesehatan Oleh karena itu diadakan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di BPOM pada 1 ndash 4 April 2014 Struktur organisasi BPOM terdiri dari 3 deputi yang meliputi produk terapetik dan NAPZA obat tradisional kosmetik dan produk komplemen serta keamanan pangan dan bahan berbahaya Masing masing deputi terdiri dari beberapa direktorat yang bertugas menilai standardisasi dan mengawasi BPOM juga dibantu oleh BB POM Balai Besar POM di daerah daerah Dengan demikian diharapkan adanya pengawasan yang menyeluruh terhadap produk obat dan pangan di Indonesia Makanan merupakan unsur penting yang kita konsumsi setiap hari namun seringkali kualitas dan kemanannya tidak terjaga Terutama pada pangan jajanan anak sekolah terindikasi banyaknya penyalahgunaaan bahan berbahaya yang ditambahkan ke dalam makanan tersebut Untuk itu BPOM melalui Direktorat Surveilans dan Penyuluhan Keamanan Pangan mengadakan Aksi Nasional menuju Pangan Jajanan Anak Sekolah yang Aman Bermutu dna Bergii Kegiatan ini dianalisa dan ditinjau secara berkala untuk mengetahui kesuksesan program Hasil peninjauan dijadikan sebagai landasan untuk menetapkan strategi penyuluhan selanjutnya ;Agency for Food and Drug Administration FDA is the government institution in charge of supervising the products circulating in Indonesia is good medicine traditional medicine food supplements cosmetics and food are outstanding to protect the security safety and health of consumers As power pharmacy a pharmacist pharmacist should be equipped with knowledge and skills in the field of supervision of food products and health products Therefore Pharmacist Professional Practice held at FDA at 1 to 4 April 2014 FDA organizational structure consists of three deputies covering therapeutic and drug products traditional medicine cosmetics and complementary products as well as food safety and hazardous materials Each deputy is composed of several directorates in charge of assessing standardization and supervise FDA is also aided by BB POM POM Great Hall in these areas It is expected the overall supervision of the drug and food products in Indonesia Food is an important element that we consume every day but often the quality and kemanannya not awake Especially on school children food snacks indicated the number of abuse of harmful substances added to the food To the FDA through the Directorate of Surveillance and Extension Food Safety held a National Action towards Hawker Food Safety for School Children Quality and Healthy These activities are analyzed and reviewed periodically to determine the success of the program The results of the review serve as the basis for the next set of extension strategies ;Agency for Food and Drug Administration FDA is the government institution in charge of supervising the products circulating in Indonesia is good medicine traditional medicine food supplements cosmetics and food are outstanding to protect the security
