Abstrak
Batu ginjal merupakan penyakit perkemihan yang paling sering banyak ditemukan di wilayah perkotaan. Kurangnya asupan cairan saat bekerja merupakan penyebab batu ginjal. Salah satu penatalaksanaan batu ginjal adalah dengan proses pembedahan. Pembedahan dilakukan berdasarkan letak batu. Proses pembedahan menimbulkan dampak negatif pada sistem pernapasan. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan Postoperative Pulmonary Complications (PPCs). Intervensi keperawatan berupa fisioterapi dada perlu dilakukan pada pasien post operasi. Hal ini dilakukan agar pasien terhindar dari masalah sistem pernapasan. Rekomendasi dari tulisan ini adalah penggunaan fisioterapi dada dapat dijadikan sebagai latihan yang diterapkan di rumah sakit untuk klien post operasi.

Kidney stones are the most common urinary diseases that commonly found in urban areas. Lack of fluid intake while working is the causes of kidney stones. One of the kidney stones treatment is surgery. Surgery is performed based on the location of the stone. Surgery has a negative impact on the respiratory system. This can lead to Postoperative Pulmonary Complications (PPCs). Nursing interventions need to be done in the form of chest physiotherapy in patients post-surgery. This is done in order to avoid patient respiratory system problems. Recommendation of this paper is the use of chest physiotherapy exercises that can be used as applied in the hospital for postoperative clients.
