Abstract
Apotek merupakan sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukannya praktek kefarmasian oleh apoteker. Apoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA) harus memiliki kemampuan baik dalam bidang kefarmasian dan manajemen. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Atrika bertujuan agar mahasiswa memahami peran Apoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA) dalam kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek dan memahami kegiatan pengelolaan dan administrasi di Apotek. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Analisis Rasionalitas Salah Satu Resep Obat Generik yang Mengandung Antibiotika Golongan Makrolida di Apotek Atrika Pada Periode Agustus 2013 - Januari 2014. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui jumlah obat generik antibiotika golongan makrolida yang diresepkan oleh dokter kepada pasien berdasarkan resep yang diterima selama periode tersebut dan melakukan analisis terkait kesesuaian indikasi obat terhadap penyakit yang dialami oleh pasien.
Pharmacy is a place for pharmacists to do their pharmaceutical care. The pharmacy is organized by a pharmacist called Apoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA). Apoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA) should have a good ability in pharmacy knowledge and management. Apothecary Profession Internship at Apotek Atrika aims to make students understand the role of Apoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA) in the activities of pharmacy service at Pharmacy and understand the management and activities at Pharmacy. A special assignment report which is given has a title "Analysis of a Macrolide Antibiotic Prescription Rationality in the Period of August 2013 - January 2014". The purposes of this special assignment are to determine the number of prescriptions which has been prescribed by doctor from August 2013-January 2014 data ten types of prescription drugs most rejected in January - April 2014 and to analyse the suitability between the given drugs and the patient's disease.
