Abstract
Pemanjangan masa imobilisasi sering terjadi pada klien paska hemiarthroplasty. Hal ini disebabkan karena klien merasa nyeri dan takut untuk melakukan pergerakan (mobilisasi). Mobilisasi yang tidak sesuai pada klien paska hemiarthroplasty dapat menyebabkan dislokasi pada area operasi. Dislokasi adalah hal yang harus dicegah dengan program mobilisasi yang tepat. Penulisan ini berisi mengenai asuhan keperawatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup, mencegah terjadinya komplikasi dan meningkatkan kesehatan klien paska hemiarthroplasty. Asuhan keperawatan yang dilakukan dapat tercapai dengan efektif karena adanya kerjasama antara klien, keluarga dan tenaga keperawatan.

Elongation immobilization period often occurs on the client after hemiarthroplasty. This is because the client feels pain and fear to do the movement (mobilization). Mobilization is not appropriate to the client after hemiarthroplasty may cause dislocation in the area of operation. Dislocation is a thing to be prevented by proper mobilization program. This writing contains about nursing care that aims to improve the quality of life, prevent complications and improve the health of the client post hemiarthroplasty. Nursing care can be achieved by effective due to the cooperation between the client, family and nursing staff.
