| [Laporan ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan analisis perawatan pasien diabetesmelitus dengan Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) yang menggunakan modelkonservasi Levine sebagai kerangka kerjanya. 31 pasien DM juga terlibat dalamperawatan ini. Proyek tindakan keperawatan berbasis pembuktian ilmiah(Evidence Based Nursing Paractice) dilakukan untuk meningkatkan intervensipengukuran Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) post exercise pada pasien DM denganintermiten klaudikasio. Proyek inovasi menghasilkan panduan berupa bookletlatihan kekuatan dan keseimbangan padea pasien DM dengan neuropati perifer.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa model konservasi Levine dapat diterapkanpada perawatan pasien DM dan pengukuran ABI menunjukkan hasil yang lebihobjektif jika pengukuran dilakukan setelah latihan. Pasien DM dengan neuropatiperifer memperoleh manfaat dari latihan kekuatan dan keseimbangan melaluipemberian booklet.;This report aims to describe the analysis of nursing care for diabetic patients withPeripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) using Levine?s conservation model as aframework. 31 diabetic patients involve in this care. The Evidence Based NursingPractice (EBNP) project was conducted to improve the measurement interventionof Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) post exercise in diabetic patients with intermittenclaudicatio. The inovation project produce guideline booklet of strength andbalance exercise in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
