[Kasus gangguan jiwa berat di dunia terutama pasien skizofrenia terjadi peningkatan khususnya di negaranegaraberkembang. Sebagian besar klien yang dirawat di Ruang Antareja Rumah Sakit Marzoeki adalahKlien harga diri rendah . Tujuan Karya Ilmiah Akhir ini adalah menggambarkan hasil manajemen kasusspesialis terhadap klien harga diri rendah. Tindakan keperawatan dilakukan pada 20 orang pasien meliputiterapi individu harga diri rendah, terapi kognitif, terapi perilaku kognitif, terapi psikoedukasi keluargapada pasien dengan harga diri rendah. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi terapi individu, terapikognitif, terapi perilaku kognitif, dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga efektif dalam menurunkan tanda dangejala pasien harga diri rendah dan peningkatan kemampuan pasien dan keluarga dengan pendekatan teoristress adaptation model oleh Stuart dan teori of Human Caring oleh Watson. Rekomendasi hasil karyailmiah ini adalah terapi kognitif, terapi perilaku kognitif dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga dapat dilakukanpada pasien harga diri rendah di seluruh tatanan pelayanan kesehatan jiwa.;Cases of severe mental disorder in the world, especially patients with skizofrenia increased,especially in developing countries.
