Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pengimplementasian sistem penilaian kinerja supply chain produk A pada perusahaan stamping periode April - September. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) untuk menentukan indikator kinerja yang akan dinilai dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk mentukan bobot setiap indikator kinerja. Indikator kinerja yang dinilai berjumlah 28. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah nilai kinerja Supply Chain setiap bulannya dan tiga indikator kinerja yang diprioritaskan untuk untuk segera diperbaiki beserta beberapa saran untuk pihak perusahaan dan penilitian berikutnya. This study evaluated the implementation of supply chain performance appraisal system of a product on the stamping?s company the period April to September. The approach used is a method of SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) to determine which performance indicators will be assessed and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the weight of each performance indicators. Performance indicators are numbered 28. The results of this study is the value of Supply Chain performance each month and the three performance indicators for the priority to be corrected along with some suggestions for the company and subsequent research. |
