[Knowledge Management merupakan suatu disiplin ilmu yang memfokuskan pada pengelolaan pengetahuan untuk mengurangi terjadinya knowledge loss. Sebuah organisasi yang akan menerapkan Knowledge Management (KM) sebaiknya melakukan pengujian terhadap kesiapan organisasi untuk mengadopsi KM. Kurangnya persiapan pada faktor infrastruktur dan prasyarat lainnya dapat mengakibatkan proses KM kurang menguntungkan. Hal ini menyebabkan dibutuhkan sebuah pengukuran tingkat kesiapan organisasi dalam menerapkan KM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kesiapan Divisi TI, XYZ Group dalam mengimplementasikan KM. Pemetaan Knowledge Management Critical Success Factors dan Knowledge Management Enabler pada Aspek KM (Abstract, Soft, dan Hard) digunakan sebagai metode penyusunan kerangka pikir penelitian. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada 83 karyawan Divisi TI, XYZ Group. Metode análisis yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah Divisi TI, XYZ Group berada pada tingkat kesiapan Level 2 (preliminary). Hal ini berarti Divisi TI, XYZ Group belum cukup siap untuk menerapkan KM dalam organisasi. Knowledge Management was been known as a scientific discipline that can improve an organization's ability to reduce the occurence of knowledge loss. An organization that would implement Knowledge Management (KM) should assess organizational readiness level for adopting KM. Lacking proper infrastructure and prerequisites would make KM process unprofitable. A measurement of KM readiness level is needed before implementing the KM in organizations. This study aims to measure the level of readiness of the IT Division, XYZ Group in implementing KM. Mapping the Knowledge Management Critical Success Factors and Knowledge Management Enablers into the aspect of KM (abstract, soft, and hard) is used as the method of teoritical framework. The data used in this study is derived from the results of a questionnaire to the 83 employees of the IT Division, XYZ Group. Analysis method used is descriptive statistics using SPSS. The results obtained in this study is the IT Division, XYZ Group located at Level 2 readiness level (preliminary).
