Abstract
The development of multimedia to improve the quality of istructional media laearning process. This research and development based study aimed at designing instructional multi media investigating the usefulness of the multimedia and the impact of the multimedia on the instructional process. The participants of the study consisted of two major cohorts namely 36 participants for the formative evaluation and 37 participants for the summative evaluation. Dta which were analysed descriptively were also collected from content and media expert.Questionnaire and achievement test were mainly used to collect data. The results of the study are as follows: (1) multimedia has been produced through the fuve strages of development (2) from the instructional content disp,ay and technical aspects this instructional multimedia product is in the good category with a score of 4.05, 4,22 4.05 and 4. 05 respectively and (3) the instructional multimedia could improve the quality of instruction
