Rendahnya persentase rumah sehat diduga ikut memperbesar penularan TB paru. Kecamatan Cengkareng mempunyai prevalensi TB paru tertinggi di Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat dengan jumlah kasus 825 dan CDR 95% pada tahun 2013, sedangkan cakupan rumah sehat pada tahun 2012 sebesar 51,78%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kondisi lingkungan fisik rumah (kepadatan hunian rumah, kepadatan hunian kamar, pencahayaan, suhu udara, kelembaban udara, dan luas ventilasi) dengan kejadian TB paru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 181 orang suspek TB Paru berumur minimal 15 tahun yang terdaftar di register TB Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkarang bulan Oktober-Desember tahun 2013 terdiri dari 60 penderita TB paru dan 121 bukan penderita TB paru yang diambil secara propotional stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel yang berhubungan dengan kejadian TB Paru adalah kepadatan hunian rumah (p-value = 0,011 OR : 2,344 95% CI : 1,223-4,492), kepadatan hunian kamar (p-value = 0,002 OR : 2,895 95% CI : 1,499-5,592), kelembaban udara (p-value = 0,022 OR : 2,261 95% CI : 1,138-4,491) dan luas ventilasi rumah (p-value = 0,034 OR : 0,489 95% CI : 0,259-0,924). Disarankan penderita TB paru menggunakan masker dan tidak tidur sekamar untuk mencegah infeksi silang, perbaikan kondisi lingkungan fisik rumah secara mandiri atau melalui program pemerintah, penyuluhan TB paru dan rumah sehat di tempat kerja.
The low percentage of healthy home allegedly enlarge of pulmonary TB transmission. Sub-district of Cengkareng has the highest prevalence of pulmonary TB in Administration City of West Jakarta with the number of cases 825 and CDR 95% in 2013, while the healthy home coverage in 2012 was 51.78%. The purpose of this study was to analyze the home environment physical condition (home occupancy density, bedroom occupancy density, lighting, air temperature, air humidity, and ventilation wide) with pulmonary TB incidence. This research is an observational cross-sectional design. The sample was 181 people suspected of pulmonary TB at least 15 years old enrolled in the Sub-district Puskesmas of Cengkareng TB registration month of October to December of 2013 consisted of 60 patients with pulmonary TB and 121 patients were not with pulmonary TB taken by proportional stratified random sampling. The results showed that the variables associated with the incidence of pulmonary TB is home occupancy density (p-value = 0.011 OR: 2.344, 95% CI: 1.223 to 4.492), bedroom occupancy density (p-value = 0.002 OR: 2.895, 95% CI: 1.499 - 5.592), air humidity (p-value = 0.022 OR: 2.261, 95% CI: 1.138 to 4.491) and ventilation wide (p-value = 0.034 OR: 0.489, 95% CI: 0.259 to 0.924). Recommended pulmonary TB patient using masks and not sleeping roommate to prevent cross-infection, the improvement of home physical environment condition independently or through government programs, counseling pulmonary TB and healthy home in the workplace. |
