| [ Skripsi ini membahas mengenai penolakan yang di alami PT Blue Bird untuk membuka jasa layanan taksi di Batam oleh pengemudi/pengusaha taksi lokal dengan melakukan pemboikotan terhadap taksi Blue Bird di mana dalam hal ini, Pemerintah Kota Batam turut andil dalam menghambat beroperasinya Blue Bird di Batam dengan mengeluarkan Surat Pernyataan Nomor: 1/PERNYDISHUB/VII/2012. Tindakan pencabutan izin Blue Bird untuk beroperasi di Batam oleh Pemerintah Kota Batam dinilai tidak memperhatikan hukum persaingan usaha dan bertentangan dengan asas dan dan tujuan dari hukum persaingan usaha berdasarkan Undang-Undang No.5 tahun 1999 tentang Larangan Praktek Monopoli dan Persaingan Usaha Tidak Sehat., This thesis discusses about barrier to entry of Blue Bird Taxi to expand their business in Batam City by the local taxi of Batam City by executing the boycott, even more the local government of Batam City is contributing in detaining Blue Bird to operate in Batam City through “Surat Pernyataan Nomor: 1/PERNY-DISHUB/VII/2012”. This act of revoking the permission of Blue Bird’s operating license in Batam is considered as a violation of Competition law and against the principle and the purpose of Competition Law based on The Law No. 5/1999 regarding the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition.] |
