[Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, mendeskripsikan stres dan manajemen stres yang dilakukan oleh pegawai Puskesmas yang mengambil tempat pada Puskesmas Raga Jaya, Kecamatan Bojong Gede, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini memperlihatkan stres dan manajemen stres yang dialami oleh pegawai Puskesmas Raga Jaya dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Dari penelitian ini dapat terlihat bahwa pegawai Puskesmas Raga Jaya memiliki stresor yang mempengaruhi mereka dalam bekerja. stresor yang dimiliki kemudian ditangani dengan menggunakan manajemen stres yang masing-masing pegawai memiliki caranya tersendiri dalam menangani stres yang dimiliki.;This study is a qualitative research, describe stress and management stress on Local Government Clinic Employee that take place on the Puskesmas Raga Jaya, Bojong Gede, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat Province.
