Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan e-procurement terhadap tingkat persepsi korupsi di Kementerian Keuangan dan pengaruh masing-masing manfaat penerapan e-procurement, yaitu manfaat dalam proses pengadaan, informasi asimetri serta transparansi dan akuntabilitas terhadap tingkat persepsi korupsi di Kementerian Keuangan. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada pengguna eprocurement yang terdiri dari panitia/pokja ULP dan penyedia yang terdaftar dan pernah mengikuti lelang secara elektronik melalui LPSE Kementerian Keuangan pada tahun 2011 - 2013.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh penerapan e-procurement secara umum terhadap tingkat persepsi korupsi di Kementerian Keuangan, dan ada pengaruh manfaat proses pengadaan serta informasi asimetri terhadap tingkat persepsi korupsi. Namun, manfaat transparansi dan akuntabilitas terbukti tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat korupsi di Kementerian Keuangan. This study aimed to analyze the effect of the implementation of e-procurement to the perceived level of corruption in the Ministry of Finance and influence each benefits of e-procurement, which benefits in the procurement process, information asymmetry and the transparency and accountability of the perceived level of corruption in the Ministry of Finance. The data used is primary data obtained from questionnaires to users of e-procurement consisting of a committee / working group ULP and vendor registered and attended auctions electronically through LPSEs Ministry of Finance in 2011 - 2013.The results of this study showed there are effect of the application e-procurement in general against the perceived level of corruption in the Ministry of Finance, effect of the benefits of the procurement process and the benefits of decreasing information asymmetry on the perceived level of corruption. However, transparency and accountability proved to have no effect on the level of corruption in the Ministry of Finance. |
